Seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join the firm’s expanding Employment Law Practice. This is a non-shareholder track position and a unique opportunity for an attorney looking to transition into employment law and into a role with more flexibility, options to work remotely and a more predictable schedule. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice. Requirements:
3 or more years of experience with general or commercial litigation defense or insurance defense
Excellent analytical, writing, and editing skills are required
Litigation experience in California is not a requirement; qualified candidates must be licensed to practice in CA but can have the majority of their experience from another state
